Kestrel and Discovery - NON-ADVICE

I took the Coastal Saver Plan and was not informed of GAP cover by Kestrel Brokers or Discovery! Low and behold, I had to undergo surgery and paid R18 000 out of pocket towards the treatment and operation itself. The only thing that Kestrel did was shrug their shoulders and said \but you signed"(note that no advice record or recommendations form was completed) and Discovery just said sorry to an ex-gratia request which I believe was decided by an individual and not their committee. They claim that they make options easier and simpler"
