Keeps ripping employed person off

Its the 28th Dec, i received an SMS with no prior notification that my medical aid has gone up over R1000, and will be debited on the 2nd of Jan. The previous year i went through a ball ache of a time explaining to them and proving to them that I am unemployed and now again the same hassle.

Its been 4 days and still no feedback from Discovery, every year is the same issue, you dont provide 30 days and you request information once, if it was not received in your time frame, you make a decision to increase my premium without me giving consent, surely as a paying customer I have a right to know what and how much I am paying and I have to make an informed decision and agree?? You took my customer protector right!!!! Did you contact me once? aside from an sms requesting me to prove that I am not employed, Did you email me? DId you do anything except 1 SMS to get from me what you wanted during the festive, and thats another thing, last year as well you do this between Christmas and New Year so it falls in the cracks and your customer wont notice! Day light ******* is what Discovery health it!.
