Keep your rudeness to yourself
Just plain RUDE. Got a call from discovery to thank me for being a client on a EXECUTIVE PLAN. Then wants me to take vitality again, I say no thank you since it's become expensive. Rude thing slams the phone in my ear. Not impressed, change your agents. We are paying a he of a lot to be disrespected like that. Not happy with them at all.
