Keen to take your money, but barely cover anything!

These guys charge excessive amounts for medical aid, and when it comes time to claim, they don't cover, we recently had claims for medication and tests and they covered nothing! I have always felt ********** on this medical aid, and seeing claim assessment after claim assessment coming back with no amount paid from the medical, is actually really disappointing, for a monthly premium of just over R3200 a month, this actually just seems like a complete *******.

The thing is there are so many grey areas when it comes to cover, how do we ever actually know what we are covered for before we actually see these assessed claims to find out what they do and don't cover, the documentation on the website is not detailed at all, and the brokers are useless when it comes to this sort of thing.

I am highly disappointed and will now be looking at other providers.
