Keegan - what a pleasure to deal with you!

In trying to sort out a Chronic Medical query with Discovery, I was cut off 3 times and had to repeat not only my story, but also the security checks with each different consultant, which I am sure you can imagine is very frustrating! However, I had the joy of dealing with Keegan who went out of his way to resolve the issue whilst keeping me calm : ) <br> <br> My faith is restored ... and my problem resolved ... Thank you Keegan!
