Don't even want to rate one star.

How is it possible for any person to get such a big increase in a year and you just go ahead and thumb suck what ever you want to debit from my account.

The letter stated 5% increase. How in this world do you think you can take off double the premium.

You better sort this out immediately as I don't have the funds for this and I won't be able to pay other accounts
