Just take but never give

<p>Ok so last year September I had a procedure done on my back which ended up costing me thousands even though I have a full medical aid with discovery. <br />when questioning the fact that I had pay almost R 3000 for my MRI scan at the begging of this year, I was told that it should of been fully covered because it was a in hospital claim, I must just send all the relevant documentation.</p> <p>I did this and discovery paid my money back, then after many other problems I decided to get a decent medical aid by another company (which by the way is 10 times better than discovery).</p> <p>I was then told because my savings had been depleted I would have to pay money in. <br />Which was impossible, as I had only been to the doctor once this year?</p> <p>They then told me for the first time that the MRI scan that was done in 2015 came out of 2016's savings.</p> <p>So this is my problem now I told everyone that phoned me I don’t want to talk to them because they can’t fix it, and I was told every time that a manager would phone me but still no one has. Now my wife and I are trying to buy a house but then I learnt that discovery had put a default against my name without even informing me. <br />I have spoken with my lawyer and he to feels this has been done *******ly. <br />So fix this very quickly (by the end of today)<br />And I also need a letter from discovery stating that it was a mistake and it has been removed. </p>
