DISCOVERY BANK HAS MY LOCAL NUMBER/… 8000 AND EVERYTHING IS FINE ON THAT.

IT IS DISCOVERY HEALTH THAT HAS THE US # /… 6634 INSTEAD OF MY LOCAL # / …8000

not getting OTP's from Discovery

RECEIVED A PHONE CALL which indicated that the TWO associated phone calls was not listened to by Discovery HEALTH and/ Discovery BANK.

If it was, it definitely was not done thoroughly and attentively.

The matter is linked between Discovery HEALTH and/ Discovery BANK and THEY need to coordinate this.

As of now, I am STILL not getting OTP's from Discovery BANK ~ and do not have the time to waste trying out in D/ HEALTH until they can get the left hand talking to the right hand.

what must I answer MY ANSWER: I DON'T KNOW HOW THAT IS TREATED ON DISCOVERY'S SYSTEM

so what must I do? you must choose one!! MY ANSWER: MAYBE YOU COULD ESCALATE TO ESTABLISH HOW THIS IS TREATED?

Same thing with her question: "do you have a bond"?
