Just being pathetic

Can someone from Discovery please explain to me why you handed an amount over to ITC-BA owing from me...... after I only received the outstanding amount on email on 20 JANUARY 2015, and without a date the amount is due? Yes if there was a due date which I missed I thought you will first follow up with me then, but to hand over an account in less that 30 days for an amount without a due date is really just pathetic. Or are the people collecting debt for Discovery just lazy and then passing on to work for someone else to do?<br> <br> Not impressed, and I will make sure not to use anything from Discovery in the future. Please can someone call me to cancel my credit card so long......
