Joke of a consultant

I am shocked how immature and disrespectful the lady(Sandy) was during my query. My question was, If myself or my beneficiary are involved in a vehicle accident or whatever the case, how does EMT services know that we are covered and don't take us to government hospital. She found this insanely funny and I felt disrespected and made to feel like an idiot for a valid question. I said that Discovery supply a vehicle sticker in case of a emergency, what if I have more than 1 vehicle which is the case. I will be seeking other medical/hospital cover in the new year for myself and my beneficiaries.
