Joke of a company

I have been complaining about the same problem since 14 August - see the thread below. On the 7th I got a call from Discovery to say they will let me know why my Dr Connect app is not working. Today is the 29th and to date NO ONE from Discovery has had the decency to phone me. If I get very sick and I can't make use of my 3 free visits which I technically pay for - I will sue Discovery as they are quick to take my money every month, but they keep my 3 free visits from me.

5 OCTOBER No Service! So after my last complaint about Discovery's ridiculous new rules to visit a sister to first diagnose you or to visit Dr Connect, I am once again super annoyed. I pay a ****load of money per year for a service that I am not getting. Since last week I tried to go on the app and there is NO option to talk to a Dr directly. The only option was to type a question - which I did 09:00 in the morning and I only got a reply 00:30 that following morning. You app is **** and even when you phone the call center you can barley hear the consultant. Even after spending over 20mins on the phone, she could not even assist me. She tried to put me through to a Dr via telephone and then the line was done - so HOW do you expect me to get help. You are keeping me from my Dr consultation which I technically pay for. I can not take off work to go sit at a Clicks or Dischem to just be referred to my GP anyway. 14 AUGUST Discovery - Waste of time and money What is the use of having a damn expensive medical aid, if they can't even give you proper benefits. My day to day savings was depleted and I went to my Dr (as he is on the list of Dr's you can see, as part of your free visits). When I queried why Discovery did not pay, I was told I must FIRST make an appointment with a nurse at Clicks or Dischem and if they can't help me with my problem, the nurse will refer me to a Dr. What utter BS! Not only is it Covid, so I try and minimize visits to malls and shops, but now I also have to take extra time off work to first go to a nurse who won't be able to assist me, and then to my Dr. What if it is an emergency? This is a complete joke and waste of time...then why even give a "benefit" like this. Our Company will be taking our business elsewhere!
