JOIN DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID THEY SAID. THEY'LL BE GREAT, BETTER THAN BONITAS, THEY SAID!? RIIIIIIIIIIGHT.

I joined Discovery in March thinking that I would finally be stress free and be able to take care of myself. In June I found out that I have a cyst in my spinal canal that needs to be taken out ASAP. Where is Discovery to assist me???? They continously tell me that they require documentation from me and when I send it through explaining that I do not have ANY MORE documentation to send through as my own Neurosurgeon has told me, they still keep sending me emails stating that they require information from me??? Should I come cut the cyst out and send it to you????????? My neighbor had been part of Discovery since 1997, they just cancelled her medical aid with them because she owes R35. ARE YOU ACTUALLY KIDDING ME?? Please Discovery, stop being so petty. I'm disgusted!!!
