Joel Landers at Discovery is awesome!

I called Discovery to change my medical aid and I expected to be on the call for ages and have to struggle to get everything done. Joel Landers was a superstar and made the whole process so pleasant. He's an absolute sweetheart and I'm really glad I got to chat with him!
