Job creation - unwanted brokers

Good Day,

I would like to lay a complaint against Discovery medical aid for taking it upon themselves to assign a broker to me. I have found out that this is common practice with discovery and needs to be stopped with immediate effect! What gives discovery the right to assign a broker and what criteria is used in choosing a broker for a member?
