January 2024 increase

I have been a member of discovery health for the past two years I was aware of an increase of 12% coming up in the year 2024. Yesterday I’ve received a message stating my account as off 2 January 2024 will be increased to R3354 and I have til 31st December to rectify this with 3 months pay slip and a irp5 form where can we get these documents in such a short notice.I’ve been on hold several times since yesterday 9am with still no feedback or solution discovery is just a bunch of *****’s with the worst service ever.they cause such a huge amount of stress and expect us to pay an 120%
