Jamie Troncelle: outstanding customer service

I had surgery on Saturday and due to a hospital administration error (not on discovery’s side), my name was submitted incorrectly. The claim was rejected and received a massive bill. Needless to say I was incredibly stressed. I phoned a consultant by the name of Jamie Troncelle who was so kind and efficient. She put me right at ease and phoned all the necessary people while I waited. I received feedback today that the claim has been paid. This is less than 24 hours after the initial mistake. She was utterly fantastic and made me feel so much better when I was so stressed. Her customer care is beyond excellent. I have been so impressed with discovery during this whole surgery and Jamie was just the cherry on the cake. Thank you!
