Jacqueline and Gabriel great customer service

This rating is for outstanding customer service by Jacqueline and Gabriel. After my previous review on the struggles to change bank account details and getting telephonic contact with Discovery Health, I was fortunate to have my call answered by Jacqueline. Amazingly she immediately arranged for the necessary forms to be emailed. Gabriel responded to the Hellopeter review and confirmed that he would follow up on the change of bank account details and ensure the premium deduction is made and that there will be no break in cover. A senior manager at Discovery Health needs to take note and make sure these two individuals are well rewarded.
