Jabber Hygeine?

Not terribly impressed with the person who had to give the 2nd vaccine shot to me at Rondebosch. I had to sit and wait while she completely the cleaning of her ear holes picking it with a piece of paper before making sure they were clean her fingers before starting with giving me my jab.
