I've just been hard done by Discovery

I've just been hard done by Discovery. They won't pay my hospital bill because I was not admitted to hospital. I collapsed due to the illness I had and fortunately the hospital was able to stabilise me and not need to sleep over and discovery won't pay because I wasn't admitted. How would I know if the hospital will admit me or not? Now I'm left to pay 3 different service providers working with the hospital. Myself and my family are definately getting a different medical soon and offload all discovery nonsense...lifecover, obviously medical aid, vitality, bank. everything that smells discovery! I should have taken the warning from my colleagues about discovery.
