It's simple Discovery: two oncology conditions - two authorisation numbers required!

Oh, for Pete's sake!!!!! Why so difficult to get it right????? Three weeks now, 12 emails exchanged and it's still not sorted. I have TWO oncology conditions: PROSATATE and MELANOMA. On 18/10 I mailed in asking for my 2022 authorisation numbers ach so that I can proceed with annual check-ups. I'm still waiting the # for the prostate and need it to go for PSA blood test ahead of consultation with DR M BORKOWSKI. You supoposedly mailed that to me today BUT......... all that the relevant person has done is to take my existing melanoma auth (#*** HartleyRJ/C43.9 malignant melanoma of skin, unspecified and dated 23 October) and sent a revised version showing #*** Hartley RJ/C.61Malignant neoplasm of prostate and dated 9 November). Would you care to kick some butt and have final resolution expedited please?????
