It's like they purposefully try to be useless

6 weeks ago I wrote a review about how useless Discovery are and that they couldn't update my cellphone number. Now I know Discovery are truly amazing. Within days of writing the review I was called and told that it was all sorted. One would think they would actually keep to their word but no...I'm still getting the same error. Honestly, how useless are your systems that you can't update a phone number? Why don't you spend some money on upgrading your systems or IT staff instead of empty buildings in Sandton. I've now lost nearly 4 months of physical activity because I can't register my watch on my profile since my profile has some random cell number attached to it. I demand this be fixed today!!!!!
