ITS A MESS

We joined tge medical aid plan in Jan and went to the doctor after almost 3weeks struggle to find a doctor on the network. As we were advised that they have no network list availble yet ?!?! Went to the docter, paid our fee, as advised over the phone that ny kedication at the chosen pharmacy would cost as to what the plan said it would. Went to the pharmacy twice where both times the feedback differed from discovery that suddenly its not covered. This is absolutely absurt. How *********** can a big coorperation be, how do you launch a product that doesnt work ? Why am i paying a premium for something that i cant use!!! This is rediculous!!
