It takes Discovery Health 7years to realize we own them R200!

<p>According to Discovery Health we owe them R200 from a transaction during 2010 - this is now 2017 and we had no correspondence or phone call to inform us from the outstanding out of R200. We put a claim in for money paid to a GP that we need to refund from Discovery Health. We were supposed to get R360 back but only R120 was refunded. When I followed up they said we owe them R200 from 2010. 7 Years and now they realise we owe them.. Not very professional from them.</p>
