It shouldnt be this hard

My mother passed away on August 6, how hard can it be to make my dad the main member. Its now the 29 September and its still not complete.

I am registered as a 3rd party on the membership but you would not allow me to handle it as my dad is terrible with these things, so after weeks of trying to get him to do the paperwork and getting a person to collect and scan it to send to you you are now saying you cant read it and I must redo it, when it is perfectly readable on my side. You even address your emails to my deceased mother....I mean seriously

You are supposed to make things simple, this isnt something hard. You have the papers, incl a new one making me the 3rd party, but NO, lets delay some more. I cant even talk to you on the phone because it cuts off, or asks me to leave a message that nobody returns. You wont even tell me what the premium is to pay....I literally cant stand you guys at the moment.
