It seems my Savings are at risk

Phoned Discovery asking for an unauthorized claim for over a R1000 from Ampath to be reversed .This they refuse to do .If the claim was against them they would fall over themselves to reverse the claim. Who cares about my savings .Open season to all who want to claim so it seems from this experience. Also told that Discovery do not have a ***** department investigating claims.This lie I do not believe. Where are the skilled consultants..
