It is December and my family is not covered because discover is too slow to process applications

I have sent my documents to sign up with Discovery Health medical aid more than 2 weeks back. Each time they come back saying my documents are incomplete. how many times must I submit the same completed documents to your business to sort out my medical aid? I took a picture of my signature and upload it to me adobe fill and sign app and then complete the documents. they are saying they only accept Sign flow • Quickly sign • Zoho sign • Docusign • Santamflow

Then send me a DocuSign link to sign - must I as a client explain to a big business how to use DocuSign? By the way - I will do the same thing. upload a picture of my signature and sign....

I have already cancelled my previous medical aid - how can you as a big business be so slow.
