ISSUES WITH NEW MEMBERSHIP JOIN

i app**** for new membership 8 july 2020 keycare plus package for r1200 - i am unemployed no income i need my chronic meds and hospital to be covered
8 july - app**** - sent forms to applications a week later - they did not receive pages 4 5 6 7 9 - i resent a week later - they did not receive pages 4 5 6 7 9 - i resent - oh wait.. we received it BUT you completed the wrong forms - filled in the new forms and sent it 2 weeks later - theres a form outstanding - my end of contract to confirm unemployement a month now and im still not covered a week later - sorry, you owe discovery money - membership cancelled (i lost my job in 2015 - retrenched - explained my situation and promised to make payment when i could - i was unemployed for FOUR years) i left everything - i just couldnt be bothered with this **** anymore
eventually got a call back from discovery about my membership after my hello peter complaint - same story - i then explained the unemployment story again - and also that to my knowledge moneys are written off after a certain time and it does not make sense that they now want the money after FIVE years off which i was unemployed for FOUR - MEMBERSHIP REINSTATED NOW...THERES A WAITING PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS DUE TO BREAK IN SCHEMES!! YES THERE WAS A BREAK BUT THIS IS DISCOVERYS FAULT!!!! I APP**** ON 8 JULY!!! I HAD TO CALL EVERY WEEK TO FOLLOW UP. WRONG FORMS WERE SENT WITH NO FOLLOW UP FROM DISCOVERY'S SIDE. AND THEN THERE WAS THE OWED MONEY ISSUE WHICH TOOK TWO WEEKS TO SORT OUT! I DID MY PART TO ENSURE THERE WILL BE NO BREAK IN PERIOD FROM ONE SCHEME TO ANOTHER! ALL THESE RESTRICTIONS PUT ON MY NEW MEMBERSHIP FOR WHAT?! ITS NOT FAIR! ALSO - AGAIN THE WRONG PACKAGE WAS GIVEN - KEYCARE PLUS PACKAGE OF R2500!! THE SAME MISTAKE WAS MADE IN JULY AND NOW AGAIN.\
WHAT I NEED: 1. KEYCARE PLUS ZERO INCOME PACKAGE OF R1200 2. CHRONIC MEDS FOR BIPOLAR TO BE COVERED NO WAITING PERIOD 3. ANY HOSPITAL EXPENSES TO BE COVERED AND THIS INCLUDES ROAD ACCIDENT - NO WAITING PERIOD NO RESTRICTIONS 4. NO RESTRICTIONS NO WAITING PERIODS (this is exactly what i explained 8 july and this was confirmed and promised)
i UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE LATE JOIN FEE OF 5% BUT THE REST OF THE RESTRICTIONS AND WAITING PERIOD IS ****!
I NEED MEDICAL COVER - AND UNFORTUNATELY DISCOVERY IS THE BEST AND CHEAPEST ON THE MARKET FOR ME AT THE MOMENT, SO PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WHO'S GOT THEIR ACT TOGETHER SORT THIS OUT AND GET ME ON THE SCHEME!!
