Is this a medical aid?

This is the worst Medical Aid. I am a pensioner with Diabetes Type II and Osteoarthritis. All my chronic meds was declined. I have to pay cash for all my Chronic meds bearing in mind that I disclosed all my information when I app****. I furnished all my Doctors reports for my chronic meds and the still refuse to cover me. I also have eye problems. Discovery deducts a specialist ophthalmologist from our Savings Account when in fact there is funds for opthamologist. They do not respond to emails. I pay over R2000 a month for medical aid plus cash for my chronic meds. It is so disgusting.
