Is this a JOKE?

I am not impressed with the way i have been treated as a pregnant woman i am not meant to have so much stress!!! I have been to an obstetrician to consult with on 04/10/2023 now they never paid him because I did not follow the specialist process!!!! I was told by a Discovery rep that I just have to register my pregnancy to get the maternity benefits and I can go see a specialist without referral, i am now being told that I owe the obstetrician over R3000 for consultations. this is bull!!!!!!!! Someone call me and sort this out and pay the doctor!!!!
