Is there anyone out there?

Three to four months ago an agent phoned me to discuss a due amount to them after I cancelled my policy. I was busy in a meeting, so I kindly asked the agent to phone me back in about 30 minutes. To this day NO ONE has phoned me back, and now I have received correspondence that I have been handed over. Is it too much to ask for someone to contact me back? Is my request ludicrous? Every time I got a notification of the amount I needed to pay, I emailed *** asking for that agent to contact me... I am absolutely furious! Are there even real people still working there?
