Is epilepsy an emergency?

Wednesday 29 July 2020 I had an epileptic seizure fell and dislocated my shoulder. I am on the Discovery keycare plan beacause I do not have a job and because the other plans are so very expensive you have to earn lots of money to be on one. I had to go to Glynwood Hospital (what a wonderfull hospital) anyway they helped me but because i already used my 1 (one) time that I'm allowed to go to ER on the 18 th of March 2020, Discovery will not pay for any of my hospitalization. Now as i said i do not have a job, i had an epileptic seizure, i had to have my dislocated arm placed back. I'm a customer of Discovery health for more than 12 (twelve) years. The invoices started rolling in thanks to a health care plan that does NOT CARE for the people that belong to it. They will most probably contact me after this Hellopeter and say that i have no foot to stand on because having an epileptic seizure is not a emergency and they will not pay a cent to the Doctors, hospital and radiology that helped me. Why???
