Is Discovery Health facing financial difficulty

Is Discovery Health facing financial difficulty. My wife have been going to the same doctor for years. All of a sudden we get a bill from the doctor for the short payment from Discovery Health, the reason given by them. "We only paid part of this claim form the patient's Prescribed Minimum Benefits, because they have not yet nominated a Primary Care GP."
