IRP5 2012

I have been requested by SARS to submit my returns for the year 2012.I was working for Discovery Health from June 2011 - 29 Feb 2012 at the ECP branch, in Coega,PE.I contacted the HR lady there through E Mail, twice, to no avail.then i called the call center, and the agent told me to send the request to [Email Removed] as she did not know where to direct my call.I did that and they sent me more than 10 tax certificates and i kept re-sending the mail to health info explaining the same thing that i did not want a tax certificate.<br> <br> a month went past, i called again and i asked to speak to the supervisor who then sent me to the employees pool, the lady there said to email *** which i did and a guy there called me and said that I should email Maryka at [Email Removed] as she was now the HR person there now.<br> <br> I did that, and i understand there is a turn around time and all for requests but my first email sent the Christine wasn never attended to and that was more than a month ago - 31 July.I have not gotten a response to say they are working on it or anything.<br> requesting a simple IRP5 form has turned sour,this is really pathetic
