Invoice not deducted from self payment gap
They do not deduct my Doctors invoice from our self payment gap and reply by stating there was not patient info or procedure codes on the invoice ( everything was on there). I then resent it and asked what was wrong with the invoice? They then rep**** we ran out of funds! They are to *********** to DEDUCT it from our self payment gap.
