International travel benefit letter
I've been trying for weeks now to get my international travel benefit letter from Discovery, with no luck. I've tried phoning, to be kept on hold for I don't know how long. I've used the whatsapp number (I’m sorry, my system is down. Please try again later), this happens every day I try to use it and the same with the chatbot quick help doesn't work either. So how do I get my letter from Discovery if NOTHING is working on your side?!
