International Travel Benefit - False advertising

We on Discovery Executive Plan, and I was in Mozambique early February 2020. I got sick and went to doctor for a consultation and medication. I paid for it myslef because they did not accept Discovery Medical Aid. On my return when, i tried to claim from discovery, and supp**** them with every supporting document that they requested, they still refuse to pay back my money. And with no reason. Them claiming as part of they Plan, that they have a international travel benefit is not true because they refusing to pay mine with no reason. Means if you travel outside South Africa, you don't have cover at all. And that Discovery claiming they do have international cover, is false advertising!
