International Emergency Claim Ignored

Never thought I would really need/use medical travel insurance, but recently I came over to the US for a 6 month visit and on the third day after I arrived I thought I'd pick up on my exercising routine. I went for a jog in one beautiful park, but unfortunately ended up in hospital with the inability to breath. As I have never had asthma-like breathing issues during exercising or not exercising before, I was totally freaked. After numerous tests I walked out with only an asthma pump. I have never had an asthma attack before.. I've sent in my claim over and over again. Via the app and by email. I had to make expensive phone calls back to SA only to hear that my claim doesn't show on the system.. even with all my references. I even had to change my email address from yahoo to gmail as apparently there are issues with yahoo account holders to claim with the Discovery system? I have many references confirming that Discovery received the claim, but I still haven't had any feedback or refund weeks after submitting my first claim. I am very disappointed at how Discovery Health is handling/not handling this.
