International Claims Department

International claims department, brokers, numerous consultants, executive office KZN cannot sort out my claim for almost one year later. I have submitted all the requested documents numerous times. I have been admitted to hospital after being taken to casualties by an Ambulance for an emergency. They paid for the Ambulance and hospital stay, but not the casualty fee. The feedback I got was I was not admitted therefore no payment! Another reason, Discovery will pay for the hospital stay but not the emergency room where I received treatment before being admitted. They are all *********** and ignore my e-mails!
