Insensitive and cruel

This medical aid does not care for people. It's money before the person. I have been a member for almost 20 years. Covid 19 hit the country and we were forced on lock down with no income. I failed to honor my payments as we were not earning, now my medical aid is suspended until I can pay the lock down deficit. How insensitive!!!!!!!!!!!!!
