Inneficient Service

Discovery Health is the worst. Either they are very inefficient or no knows what they are doing over there.

They deducted money from my Medical Savings and as per the App, they paid Ampath. When I call Ampath for a refund, Ampath says the money is not reflecting.

I had already paid Ampath cash, but somehow Discovery decides to deduct money from my Medical Savings. But where is this money, did it dissapear into think air?
