Inhuman - a disgusting greed ridden machine of a company

If there was a minus 10 stars I would pick that. My account is up to date and I get a message on the website saying "Your benefits have been stopped temporarily. Your account is up to date but your benefits are still on hold. To resolve this, please call Discovery on ***" Then when I call the number to find out what the story is they just tell me to email my proof of payment to admin - they cannot unsuspend me. But the thing is - I don't owe them any money. My premium of over R6000 per month is paid. But my benefits have stopped and I am on day 4 without my medication. Call centre couldn't care a less. Sad hey. Is there no better health insurer out there?
