Good day
I am once agin following up with regards to the problem stated below: I am a pensioner and do not receive any income except SASSA pension. However you have increased my premium to over R3000, I have submitted my bank statement. I still received an message saying you will deduct the R3354 in January. This is unacceptable as I do not have that money and you have not rep**** to any of my queries and I cannot get hold of anyone as I am just placed on hold the whole time
