'****ing customers....there are no people we hate more than ****ing customers!'

I called Discovery about how to upload a new perscription for my cronic medication. I was then told that the people who used to call me every monrth for my perscription, no longer perform that service. I asked to speak to a manager and then the consultant hung up the phone! Such hatred for you customers is embarrassing....
