Information not loaded

Went to check on my Covid Vaccination Card on Discovery Website, states I am fully vaccinated, however it does not show the details of my first vaccine.

Spoke to a consultant who said I had to send in my card so they can update the information as it is a government initiative??????

I am a Discovery member, I went to Discovery to Vaccinate both times, Discovery sent me my claims that they paid to the fee to the Government.

My Husband, who is on my Medical Aid, I can not even get into the card, it shows his name but wont go to the card.

After such great service at Gallagher Estate, I am absolutely flummoxed by their lack of follow up?? Can someone explain ??
