Information is hidden and you can never get ahold of them. Sinister.

Dealing with Discovery is always a nightmare. Everything is hidden and vital information about what your plan covers and doesn't cover is hard/impossible to find. They don't have a "call-back" system like other good medical aids so the cost of the entire long and pointless call waiting for ages is on you. Then, after waiting for ages it just goes silent and you can never get ahold of someone to speak to. You just have to find out about what i covered and what is not in an emergency. It feels sinister. I TRULY hate dealing with Discovery.
