Inflexible upgrading
Called Discovery today to upgrade my policy and was told that the only time I can upgrade my policy is on December 15! My life has changed and I want my health insurance to reflect this. How inflexible can they be? Simple solution... cancel policy and get another one with a company that actually cares.
