Inept, stupid, *****ing, lying Discovery

Discovery Vitality sell the so called 'healthy food card' I have bought this bogus item and 4 months later discovery vitality still failed to send me this card. They are inept thieving ******** idiots. Discovery Vitality also sold me an App with vitality active rewards. This app is not working and never show progress and when one phone their help desk some unintelligent idiot try but fail to assist To date discovery vitality took R777 and then R259 from my account with the promise of receiving a 25% cash back on healthy food items purchased and the biggest lie...... Points...at their partner Pick and Pay Yet after paying since December 2018 discovery vitality failed to send me this healthy food cards. By post and by courier. They send an sms and the shops refuse to accept anythin but a card. I'm still waiting for my card stupid discovery.... Next is their inept beyond user friendly app. All empty promises of earing stupid vitality points and then raffle like win points to get prizes. This is a lie as their dumb IT app hardly ever work or allocate points let alone rewards Be careful to fall in this Discovery born lie........ It made me eealise Discovery as a bank could be wors and probably more inept that the local home affairs offices
