Inefficient Keycare Income Dept

Every year I go through the same nightmare with Discovery when its time to verify Keycare income. I am not employed but rather self employed earning only commission. The only way to verify income properly for someone like is to look at what they have earned over a period of 12 months. I gave Keycare Dept my income of R96 122 per annum and gave my IRP5 as proof. They decided to ignore this income and decided to use my income for this year which is not even conclusive yet. They requested 3 months payslips which I do not have. I gave them my LATEST payslips because I do not have MONTHLY PAYSLIPS since I do not earn an income every month. Some times I go for 4 months or more without an income. The last payslip I got was on the 27th October. I am not certain I will get paid in the next 4 months before the financial year ends yet Keycare has decided to put me on the highest income band. How am I going to pay the highest contribution in those months that I don't get an income? Every year I go through the same **** with Keycare. They would rather use ********** calculations that do not apply to me as a commission earner who does not get paid every month. Those calculations do not apply to me. I don't get paid every month. If they want to use this year's income then they must wait for my IRP5 next year in February. The IRP5 will then give them the true income, not the thumb sucking that is done by their *********** employees who cannot think outside the box and do simple math. Their inefficient employees need to be trained properly so that they can stop lumping everybody together. Some of us are not monthly income earners and they must stop doing calculations that do not apply to us and rather be trained to use calculations that apply to us. I am so sick and tired of Keycare Income Verification Dept and their lack of proficiency. Their amateurish ineptness is tiring. I have attached both my IRP5's for 2016 and 2017. I want Keycare Income to make me understand how they can conclude that a person with this type of income is earning more than R12 000 per month.
