Inefficiency at its best.

Discovery health must be one the most inefficient company around right now. 1/ in the years I was with the I never received a card and holding on for up to 45 min and being cut off. It just doesn’t work for me. 2/ when I changed jobs I received a quote for medical aid. Never accepted yet for the last 18months they have being running a stop order at my bank account. Every month I need to phone my bank to have it reversed. Tried to call numerous times. No contact. Never received a call regarding the reversal. Short of changing bank accounts what else can be done because calling them is just a waste of time. Referring Discovery for medical aid?? Never. Really. Looks like they have designed the system to just ***** us over.
