AFTER NUMEROUS EMAIL TO THEM TO VERIFY MY INCOME THEY ALWAYS NEED AFFIDAVIT FOR MONEY SENT FROM MY CREDIT CARD TO MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT. MY MEDICAL SUBS WAS INCREASE FROM R2700 TO R5200. I SENT EMAIL THEN ALWAYS WANTS ANOTHER AFFIDAVIT FROM ME, I DONT RECEIVE ANY UPDATE ON EMAIL. ONLY GET RESPONSE WHEN I PHONE. I BEEN WITH THIS MEDICAL AID 6 YEARS ..AND MORE
